During these months the Icelandic low is active and the NAO often slips negative, pushing low-pressure systems farther south and firing waves at western Morocco. The wind is favorable 50-60% of the time, with NNE/NE/ENE/E offshore flow dominating. The best months are December through February, when long-period W/NW groundswell mixes with offshore winds; on those days Tafedna can be firing.
